We pride ourselves in our customer service that includes the best warranty and overall value in foundation repairs. We are currently recruiting an Outside Sales/Estimator to join our team. This addition to our team is a permanent position due to the growth we are experiencing.

RamJack New England is searching for strong, experienced outside sales consultants to assist our customers with an individualized repair plan. RamJack New England will provide pre-set appointments, a company vehicle for travel to appointments, equipment, and the training you will need to be successful. Pay includes a base salary plus commissions and bonuses.

Position Description:
This is a M-F position for which the Outside Sales/Estimator travelling throughout MA and RI to conduct in-home customer evaluations (including small or dirt spaces/basements).
Essential Functions:

Contacting all leads and follow up according to company guidelines
Attend Pre-set appointments
Become an expert with RamJack Product Line and applications through training program.
Provide and present a service repair plans
Maintain follow up with customers with proposed plans.
Results-driven to reach planned sales goals and targets
Operate in the best interest of the company always

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Sales; and construction knowledge a plus
Strong verbal, negotiating, and closing skills with a friendly outgoing personality
Comfortable interacting with people and building relationships
Excellent time management with ability to prioritize and self motivate
Ability to follow up on all current and previous leads
Proficient with computer programs such as CRM, Microsoft Office
MUST have Driver License with clean record of 3 years or more
Must be dependable and have reliable transportation

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
