Position Description:
We are a foundation repair company looking for a General Manager with a construction background to oversee the daily operations of all departments. This position will be responsible for optimum labor while minimizing overhead and resource costs. Maximizing efficiency, productivity, and quality outcomes in the administrative, sales and production departments will also be a priority focus. Most of this position will involve communication between departments and customers, and require strong leadership while motivating the team along. Formulating and recommending policies and programs for improvement and guiding the company in maintaining and improving competitive marketshare.

Job Responsibilities:
· Direct and monitor daily oversight of administrative, sales, and production departments.
· Ensure standards of quality and safety are maintained
· Monitor staff compliance with company and safety standards; advise on identified issues and a plan to correct
· Hire, train, develop, and appraise staff.
· Review all sales proposals for appropriate scope of services
· Review all project installations for adherence to scope, local and state guidelines
· Fleet management and equipment maintenance
· Project scheduling and coordination with all stakeholders
· Weekly status reporting on each department
· Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve customer conflicts

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of construction experience
· Must have Construction Supervisor’s License- Will consider other related professional License/certifications
· OSHA 30
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or related major
· Strong leadership with excellent verbal communication skills
· Valid Driver’s License

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
